Follow Up, Quality Checks and Reassessments
To ensure that you are receiving the highest quality care, we will call you regularly, during the first and second weeks and every month thereafter to ask if you are satisfied with the caregiver and services. We also provide home visits to spot check our caregivers and improve the services delivered. To continue meeting your goals we will perform reassessments whenever they are required, at least six monthly, to ensure that the care we provide, is the care that you need and we are working towards and succeeding in meeting your goals.
